l Physical descaling method
You can buy special solar water heater cleaning liquid in the market. Its main components include food acid, synergist and metal material protection agent. In fact, the most important thing is white vinegar. White vinegar is an aqueous solution containing acetic acid. Acetic acid reacts with calcium and magnesium compounds. Produces soluble calcium acetate and magnesium acetate, which removes scale. The other ingredients mainly improve efficiency and protect the inner tank. In fact, the inner tank is stainless steel. As long as the acidic substance does not soak for a long time, it will not receive damage. It takes about 10 minutes, and the warm water effect is better.
l Magnetization descaling
The water is passed through a magnetic field and then into the pipeline or solar water heater system. After magnetic flux cutting, the calcium and magnesium salts in the water cannot scale or form hard scale. But form tiny particles that flow with the water. Magnetized descaling is the process of removing existing scale by magnetization.
l Electrostatic descaling
When water passes through the electrostatic scale controller, water is polarized under the use of its electric field. And the positive end of the water dipole tends toward the cathode of the electrostatic field; the negative end tends toward the anode of the electrostatic field; and is in positive and negative order. Neatly arranged, when the water contains dissolved salts, the positive and negative ions of these salts are surrounded by a number of water dipoles.
So that they cannot swim freely in the water, so that the ions of the dissolved salts cannot contact the wall. Thus, the purpose of controlling scale formation is achieved. The scale already existing in the device causes the water molecules to move toward the wall due to the polarization of the wate. So that the old scale cracks, deforms, and gradually falls off. When the scale has solidified, the water can enter the metal and scale layers. And the scale dissolves slowly until it is completely removed.
It is best not to let your scale accumulate for too long, because after a long time. It will affect the heating efficiency, which can directly lead to an increase in heating time. At the same time, the excessive accumulation of scale will cause the water temperature to rise slowly. And the maximum water temperature cannot be reached. Thus affecting the use and clogging the upper and lower water pipes, so that the water is not smooth.
