(5) Whether the package of the intelligent controller is intact.
(6) Whether the thermostatic mixed water solenoid valve package is intact.

During installation, the front piece (inclined beam, square box, square box support, footing, front horizontal support, front oblique support) and the rear piece (rear leg, rear horizontal support, rear horizontal beam, rear oblique support) shall be assembled together according to the instructions. 2. Place the water tank on the bracket that has been assembled, connect the water tank and the bracket with bolts, tighten the connecting nut between the rack and the bracket, make the distance between the two ends of the tank and the left and right ends of the bracket equal, and make the center line of the vacuum tube parallel to the plane of the front bracket, then put the silicone sealing ring into the flanging hole of the inner barrel and level it.
3. The height of the water tank should be higher than the height of the household 1-2 meters.
1. Installation of tube base: firstly, install the vacuum tube base, and install the lower part of the heating pipe into the tube base, and install the tube base in the designated position of the support.
2. Intubation: before intubation, check whether the sealed silicone ring on the inner tank of the insulation layer is installed in place, check whether the tail Angle of the vacuum tube process is damaged, check the coating transparency like mercury, and check whether the tube mouth has machining burr and roundness. Put the outer sealing gasket of the vacuum tube into the vacuum tube about 15CM, make it fully soak the tube mouth with soap water, and grasp the tail end of the vacuum tube with the right hand. This is to protect the tail Angle of the process, and to facilitate intubation force. Insert the vacuum tube in the direction of the vertical nozzle, push it into the water tank with even and gentle rotation, and return the tube seat after insertion. This completes the installation of all vacuum tubes in turn. The diagram below:
3. After the pipe connection is completed and no leakage is detected, push the outer sealing gasket of the vacuum tube to the bottom of the water tank connection with tight sealing.
1. Wrap raw tape around the inlet and outlet, and then install pipe fittings to connect special solar energy pipes. The height of the inlet and outlet shall be 1-2 meters higher than the height of the entrance.

Indoor installation: find cold water source, add ball valve, check valve, four-way. Pay attention to the installation direction of the check valve (arrow points to the inlet direction of the water tank); The direction of rotation of the ball valve handle is consistent with people's habits. The four upper ports are connected with solar hot water, the valve (or ball valve) and the lock master, the tap water and cold water, and the shower nozzle and basin nozzle (or bath nozzle) on the left and right respectively. In case of high water pressure area and automatic water-loading solar energy (non-temperature controller type), one-way limiting valve should be installed indoors. The specific installation method is as follows: install the one-way limiting valve in the water-loading pipeline before the water-mixing valve in the high-water pressure area (to prevent the hot water being pushed up by cold water in the mixed water bath without hot water use); Automatic feeding type is installed after the mixing valve and before the feeding line. If the user USES the regular water supply area, the water storage tank can be installed. The water storage tank can be installed indoors or on the roof. If the user USES the area water pressure is lower, then can add booster pump, booster pump installation location should choose dry, ventilated environment, avoid moisture.
After the connection, fix the pipe with a pipe clamp. The drill with a diameter of 6MM and a depth of 4CM is adopted. The position is selected between the two ceramic tiles and wood wedge is added. If the kitchen is connected with solar hot water, the indoor hole should be played through the wall, choose a hidden location, from the outside to the inside. Indoor pipeline and solar energy connection: after the indoor pipeline is fixed, inform the upstairs staff to connect the upper and lower water pipes with the solar energy water nozzle. The length of the upper and lower water pipes should be moderate and reasonable to avoid excessive force on the water nozzle. The height of the water nozzle should be higher than the lower water pipe at the flue.
1. Electric heating wiring: the red wire is the live wire, the two-color wire is the ground wire, and the other one is the zero wire (see instructions of each brand). Strip, expose about 2cm of copper wire, and cover with heat-shrinkable tube for insulation and dust prevention. Then connect the power cord with these three wires, connect them firmly and wrap them with waterproof insulating tape from the outside to avoid short circuit. The other end of these three wires corresponds to the 1# (ground wire), 2# (live wire) and 3# (zero wire) terminals of the intelligent controller.
2. Electric tracing cable: cut an oblique section at the end of the electric tracing cable to make the distance between the two wires relatively far to avoid short circuit. Wrap insulation tape around the pipe to make it fully insulated. Align the end of the electric heating belt with the end of the pipe. Fix it on the pipe with insulation replacement to make it close to the pipe wall. The other end is the 4# and 5# terminals of the intelligent controller. If there is a pressurized water pump, the water pump wiring shall be connected in parallel with the electric heat tracing.
The intelligent controller has the functions of automatic feeding, timed feeding, constant temperature feeding, water shortage protection and timed heating.
1. Position it. It is generally installed in the indoor side wall, punch, insert the plastic pipe, the plastic pipe all inserted into the wall, and then the fixed base of the meter installed on the wall. The diagram below.
2. The interface between the signal line of the sensor and the control box shall be connected and firmly inserted according to the mark.
3. The thermostatic mixed water solenoid valve shall be installed horizontally. The wiring of the solenoid valve shall be connected to the wiring terminal on the control box.

4. Hang the measuring and controlling instrument on the bracket, and connect the connecting wires of the solenoid valve, water pump, electric heating pipe, or the electric heating pipe to the corresponding wiring block with reference to the wiring diagram, and do not connect them wrongly, otherwise it will cause the electrical appliances to burn down and other faults.
5. Connect the wires from the left and right rear three positions, cover the junction box cover, and power on self-test without error after all the wires are installed.
1. After installation, switch on the controller power and start the trial operation.
2. After confirming normal operation, pick up tools and clean the site.
3. Calculation, record indoor installation use and quantity, and with the user to verify that user accessories materials in the list, please sign in, for the user to carefully explain, demonstration of solar energy use method and matters needing attention, until the user to learn, and single user, please fill in the installation quality evaluation, deliver warranty card fill out after the user hand, told that their effect.
4. Installation complete.
1. The main body of the water heater is exposed to the sun, and there is no shield on the upper front to ensure full day sunlight exposure. It shall be fixed firmly and inspected once a year.
2. Lubricate the vacuum tube head with water and insert it into the water tank gently with both hands. When inserting the tube, use longitudinal force and do not insert it diagonally.
3. The general type of water tank upper vent shall not be blocked, in order to avoid the intake or exhaust is not free and bad, the water tank.
4. In order to operate safely in winter, the outdoor pipeline must be well insulated to avoid freezing the pipeline in winter or an appropriate amount of water should be poured through the pipeline every day (installation of pipeline electric heating belt) to prevent the pipeline from freezing.
5. The water seepage at the contact point between the water tank and the glass vacuum collector tube shall be re-inserted or replaced with a waterproof ring.
6. Strictly prevent water shortage, dry water. Cut off the water after the empty sun not in the heat collection tube stuffy sun temperature is very high when suddenly injected cold water, in order to avoid the temperature difference is too large pipe burst, in the morning and evening when there is no sunlight and then injected cold water.
7. Dust affects sunlight transmission, so always clean the surface of the vacuum tube.
8. For users with excessively high tap water pressure, please open the inlet valve to reduce the pressure; Users with insufficient tap water pressure can install pipeline pumps.
9. Photoelectric complementary products, electric heaters should be well grounded, and it is strictly prohibited with living bath.
