A. Application of Solar Energy Intersea Energy Storage in Greenhouses

Taking greenhouses as an example, the most critical factors for agricultural production are light and heat. No fertilizer, pesticides or hormones are useless. First summarize some basic data:

1. The solar collector produces 1 ton of hot water at 80° C a day, the total heat is 80,000 kcal, and the equivalent electric power is about 93 kWh.

2. Thermal power generation 93kW.h needs to consume coal: 93×0.3=27.9kg, and emit about 237 cubic meters of carbon dioxide gas.

3. The greenhouse of 1 thousand square meters is equipped with 10 tons of solar collectors, and the heat output per day is about 930 kWh.

4. Receive solar heat per day to convert 279kg of coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 2,370 cubic meters.

5. Calculated in 20 days per month, 240 days in the year, receiving solar heat of about 223,512 kWh.

6. The annual receiving solar thermal energy is equivalent to 66,960 kg of coal, reducing carbon dioxide gas emissions by 569,160 cubic meters.

7. According to the electricity calculation, the direct economic benefit is 223512×0.5=111756 yuan.

8. The solar energy storage cost is about 20,000 yuan / ton, and the greenhouse of only one thousand square meters is only solar collectors and energy storage is about 200,000 yuan.


According to the above basic data analysis, the greenhouse energy data and economic analysis are as follows:

1. The greenhouse heating time is determined to be 150 days, 223512 ÷ 150 = 1490 kW / day.

2. The daily output of heating for 10 hours and square meters is about 149w, which can meet the demand of greenhouse energy.

 

According to the economic analysis of potted vegetables, the following is as follows:

1. The geometry of the dish is 45 cm long, 25 cm wide and 13 cm high.

2. According to this size, 8 square meters can be placed in the square meter, and the greenhouse can be placed at 6,400 basins according to the utilization rate of 80%.

3. Adopting nutrient substrate seedling transplanting and planting, producing leafy vegetables for 15 days and a production cycle, producing 12,800 pots per month.

4. The organic vegetable produced by this nutrient substrate is 50 yuan/pot, and the monthly output value is 640,000 yuan.

5. Annual output of 10 months total output value of 6.4 million yuan


The above data shows that it is very economical to achieve controllable greenhouse temperature throughout the year. The use of solar energy trans-storage technology in a thousand square meters of greenhouses saves about 66.9 tons of coal and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by about 569,160 cubic meters per year. The economic and environmental benefits brought by the application of solar energy inter-season energy storage technology are not realized by coal, oil and natural gas. This is only based on the economic value described in the production of common organic vegetables, and the value of growing cash crops is higher. As long as the temperature, water and fertilizer are controlled, the required yield and quality can be obtained.

All in all, solar energy is everywhere, and energy storage can be achieved anywhere in the world.
