Longfor Properties ,founded in 1994, was headquartered in Beijing. It has more than 4,000 staff members at present. Its business includes three areas: real estate development, business operation and property service. In November 19, 2009, it was listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange main board. After more than ten years of intensive development, its products have many kinds of formats, namely, ordinary housings, office buildings, high-rise apartments, garden houses, villas, integrated business and large city synthesis and so on. Each kind of formats has its own representative works which can be crowned city-benchmarking. By April 2011, the company has expanded to 14 cities, namely, Chongqing, Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Wuxi, Changzhou, Shenyang, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Dalian, Yantai, Yuxi, Ningbo.

 

 

 

In 2010, Jiangsu Sunpower Solar Technology co., LTD and Longfor properties signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Jiangsu Sunpower Solar Technology co., LTD will bear the responsibility of designing and installing its solar water heaters and other related products for Longfor properties. Since the cooperation of both sides, good cooperations have been carried out in many projects in Qingdao, Yantai, Wuxi, Hangzhou and Ｎingbo．Ｍore than 8000 solar hot water system products have been successively installed in villas, multi- storeybuildings,small lift-equipped high-rise buildings,high-rise and public buildings．
